Housing Plans: Ragan Design Group Planning, LLC has prepared Housing Elements and Fair Share Plans for numerous communities. We have also presented testimony to the Council on Affordable Housing (COAH) on various housing matters. We are staying informed about the third round rules and methodology and have developed several Third Round Housing Plans that meet local needs.
