Ragan Design Group has been the design architect for numerous municipal projects that, in addition to the center planning involvement in these projects, has also included the detailed design of major buildings and tenant spaces within the buildings. These projects vary in size and in quality of program according to the municipality's needs. Some of the recent projects include the following:

Northampton Municipal Facilities
Location: Richboro, PA
Owner: Township of Northampton
Size & Scope: Design and manage the construction of a new public works garage, renovation and additions to the existing public works garage and renovation to the administrative building and town meeting hall, plus construction mansgement service for the township library designed by others.
Cost: $2,500,000

Maple Shade Municipal Building
Location: Maple Shade, NJ
Owner: Maple Shade Township
Size & Scope: Conversion of a 75 year old 65,000 square foot fabric mill into a full service municipal complex including administrative offices, police and court facilities, township library, senior citizen and youth centers.
Cost: $3,400,000

Burlington City Municipal Facilities Study

Size & Scope: The study of feasibility of construction of an addition to the existing municipal building or utilizing one of five other city owned sites and/or facilities of constructing a new Municipal Complex.
